Terms of Service — BowtieOS

1. Agreement

By accessing or using BowtieOS (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. BowtieOS is a field operations platform for glazing, glass, and construction contractors. The Service is operated by Bow Construction ("we," "us," or "our").

Access is by invitation only. Your account is created by your company administrator. These terms apply to all users — administrators, office staff, field crew, and viewers.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share your password.
You must be an invited employee or contractor of an authorized company to use the Service.
You agree to use the Service only for legitimate field operations and office management tasks.
Account access is revoked by your company administrator when employment ends.

3. Your Company's Data

All data entered into the Service — project information, measurements, photos, estimates, client records, and documents — belongs to your company ("Customer Data"). We do not claim ownership of Customer Data.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data your company inputs. Do not upload data you do not have the right to share, including confidential third-party information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to access data belonging to another company or user
Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Service
Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or illegal content
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Share access credentials or grant unauthorized access to the Service

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain Customer Data for the duration of the subscription. Upon account termination, Customer Data may be retained for up to 90 days to allow for data export, then deleted. Contact us at support@bowtie.app to request an export or early deletion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BowtieOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify your company administrator by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
